Think about any moment where you get comfortable in a routine or procedure. Does that moment become monotonous because you're so used to it? You know you feel safe in that bubble of comfort.
But when it comes to something like fitness, you need to get outside of the comfort zone. You need to remember that everyone had to start at the beginning at some point. You need to push yourself to feel muscles you never realized were there.
Getting outside of that comfort zone will push you to be greater. It will push you to new limits. It will push you to find new comfort levels, which you will later overcome as well. Getting outside of that comfort zone will build your confidence and make you feel good about yourself.
