According to the National Retail Federation this year, combined spending for Kindergarten through 12 grade students and and also college students is expected to reach 68 billion dollars.

Whether you have kids or not, the back to school time always seems to create a lot of busyness. Sometimes that busyness let's us fall back on those good eating habits and reach for something that is "easy" and "fast". Well, easy and fast doesn't have to mean the drive-thru window.

Gone are the days when students just showed up for class, turned in their papers, and took their tests. Today’s students depend on social networks, they video conference classmates in study groups and submit ‘papers’ and projects digitally. Today, the harddrive crash is the equivalent of the dog eating the homework….they had better be backed up.
