Now is the time where the food temptations are the hardest to resist. This also means that it's the least friendliest time for our waistlines. Now is also the time to motivate yourself to take that extra push towards fitness. By making sure that you are working hard in this season, you will be that much more in the habit when January and New Year's Resolutions come along.
Don't let small results discourage you from staying motivated because those small results are still small results. Over time those small results will add up to something bigger and something long-term. The long-term result will have you looking and feeling good.
So remember that hard work and motivation will produce results. Those results may seem small at first, but will add up to something greater.
