Every start begins with a step, no matter if the step is big or small. Don't be discouraged if you can't lift as much weight as the person next to you or if you can't do many (or any pushups). Everyone has to start somewhere. Even the people you see doing some of the most intense workouts had to start at the beginning.
You have your own pace, and it's important to push yourself to do more for your body. Set goals for yourself to boost that weight you're lifting or to do five more pushups every couple of days.
So remember to stay motivated, push yourself, take care of your body, and strive to be the best that YOU can be.
