When you hear that fitness and being healthy is a lifestyle, it means that it becomes so much more than losing weight. By being in shape, you will be less stressed, have more energy, and also have more self-confidence.
By giving your body the attention to keep it active and by taking concern with what you're putting in it, you will feel better physically, emotionally, and mentally. You will also begin to feel better about what you see in the mirror.
Remember, it's not about that number on the scale as long as you have the confidence to know that you are taking care of your body. Because as you are working out and strengthening your muscles, you may even see the number on the scale increase. That
number is just a number. Let the results of how you feel show you that you are taking care of your body.
