Fitspiration 10/4/14

With fitness, the hardest time to stay motivated comes when the results start to plateau. That shouldn't be when we get discouraged and want to quit, but rather a factor that pushes us to work harder. You made a commitment to yourself and your body, and the reward for sticking with the commitment is far greater than giving up when it gets too hard.

Think of the accomplishment you will have by ignoring the feeling of discouragement and instead working harder to make things happen.

This Fitspiration can also relate towards other areas of our lives. For example, relationships. A relationship is something that takes a lot of work and while there might be days where we don't want to put in that work, the promise we made says not to give up.

We made that commitment for a reason, and the relationship or fitness goals will make it worth it.
