While many people being working out to lose weight and unwanted pounds, the ultimate goal eventually becomes about getting healthier and in shape. The weight loss starts as the motivation, but the more we make it a habits the more it becomes a lifestyle.
No one ever said that working out has to feel like a chore. So as you are taking care of your bodies, do it in a way that you enjoy. That can be running, walking, biking, swimming, lifting weights, and even dancing.
The important thing is that you enjoy what you are doing on your journey to getting and staying healthier. So workout because you love your body not because you hate it.
