Sometimes fitness and diet can seem like a chore that we have to do, and we tend to lose the motivation to keep up those good, healthy habits. One thing to always keep in mind when you are trying to stay healthy is that YOU ARE IN CHARGE OF YOUR OWN BODY.
Whether those good habits are wanting to lose weight, controlling a skin condition like psoriasis, or just wanting to be healthier and get in shape, the important thing o remember is that you control your body's fate.
You are in charge of making time for fitness.
You are in charge of what food you consume.
You are in charge of how hard you work out.
Don't let the way someone else works out, how often they work out, or the way they choose to eat compare to what you are doing. You should notice what foods respond well to your body and which ones don't or are just too much temptation.
When you work hard, the results come. They may take time, but when you create the necessary time to take care of your body then your body will in return take care of you.
