Many of us are guilty of letting fear drive us. But what we don't realize until it is too late is that fear also holds us back from doing the right thing.
This is especially true when it comes to a fear of failure. We get so afraid of falling that sometimes we are afraid to jump, but often we find that in order to grow and achieve those dreams we need to risk that fall.
So rather than letting that fear of not achieving a goal hold you back, let it motivate you to overcome it. Let it motivate you to work hard, stick to a regular fitness routine, and eat healthier. You will be surprised what being fearless will help you overcome.
