Don't let a fear of failure or not being good enough at something hold you back. If you don't let yourself fall down or fail, then you won't be able to grow.
That growth is essential to success. So allow yourself to make mistakes, allow yourself to try new things, and allow yourself to learn. If you don't try a new workout then you won't be challenging your muscles, and the results you were seeing will soon become stagnant.
