Don't feel like you have to compare yourself to others. Whether it's models in magazines or the girl or guy next to us the gym, it can sometimes be easy to get discouraged because someone else seems to be doing more work or their workout seems to be more effective.
This doesn't mean that we need to adopt that person's workout and diet. Don't let someone else tell you what you can and cannot do. While in the moment it might look like someone's workout is more successful, we don't realize a couple factors.
How long have they been working out and how dedicated are they to being healthy? We can use this for motivation to encourage ourselves to work harder.
Not every body is the same, therefore we shouldn't compare our weigh or pant size to someone else.
So remember, you can do anything if you put your mind to it. If you feel better and are seeing results (even if the results seem slow), then you are succeeding. So "don't let anyone ever make you feel like you don't deserve what you want".
