If running, lifting, Crossfit, or Yoga are not for you then find what works. Don't feel like you have to compare yourself to someone else or feel inadequate because someone has a different exercise routine.
IT'S ABOUT FINDING WHAT YOU LOVE, NOT HAVING SOME MYTHICAL, PERFECT ROUTINE.
There is no one magic routine for everyone. It's have the motivation and discipline to create a lifestyle of being healthy. If you find something love doing that keeps you in shape and active, then it will inspire you to create a habit and therefore a lifestyle. Then you will begin to see change and results.
