It's not about focusing on the number on the scale or trying to get to the smallest possible pant size. Instead it's about being the best that you can be.
A lot of people when they work out continue to do so or the endorphins because they help to push you harder and make you happy. Because you have the endorphins creating a pleasant mood, exercise is a great stress reliever. So when you work out think about all of the effects it has on you physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Viewing exercise with those three aspects in mind will help you to see that it's about more than just losing weight.
