Don't fret if you go to the gym and someone is running faster than you or on the treadmill longer than you or lifting more weights.
By getting up and getting active you are doing so much to take care of your body.
The changes will come. No one ever said that it was an instant change.
Don't give up. Fitness is 100% mental. You will work as hard as you set your mind to work.
